Balcony with ocean view was nice. Kitchen was stocked well. Good location. The room was not ready until close to 430 even though check in was at 400pm. Room temp was very warm and no way to cool it other than opening up balcony door and bedroom window. Many stains on sofa couch and when pulled out, sand all over bedding. OVERWHELMING pet urine smell especially on sofa couch. We let management know, they offered deodorizers but that can make things worse. If we could have found another place to stay the weekend we would have. We had to keep door and window open just to tolerate the urine smell. Sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa and as a bed. Extremely disappointed that even after waiting for room to be cleaned and late check-in, the floors were very dirty and sandy. I would not stay here again. If you have to wait for staff to clean your room, maybe you need more staff? And maybe get rid of urine soaked sofa and carpet?

The spot was spot on and we loved hopping into the pool. The view was stunning, and the waves crashing outside were a great backdrop while we lounged in the room. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of games, plus the sofa bed worked perfectly for the 11‑year‑old twins. Walking to the beach was a breeze, and the locals were super helpful. We had plenty of towels for both pool and shower. Bringing our dog was easy and the fee was very reasonable. I never got the room PIN, but the evening help line was friendly and useful. The linens weren’t top‑tier, but they did the job.

The condo’s size and location were fantastic, and we loved the hoses to rinse off sand! The carpet in the unit was still damp when we arrived and had a noticeable mildew smell.

The condo was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no full‑length mirror, the hot tub was broken 😕, and the TV remotes were confusing 😕
