“Not much to sum up it was not a good day and we didn’t stay and we will never stay”

I didn’t like anything; the room was dirty and cockroaches were everywhere. I was so disgusted that my partner and I packed up within 10 minutes, went to the front desk, and told them we wanted our money back, and they said they could help because we booked online, not a good situation, and we still haven’t been reimbursed.

Very accessible to nearby shops and very affordable. I enjoyed everything about our stay, but my family was not too fond of the limited breakfast options provided.

The room was clean, nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was satisfying. Stays at this facility are a great value in my opinion and I stay there whenever I am traveling through Red Bluff.

“I've stayed here a couple of times in the past and now the hotel is going down hill. I well not be s”

The floor in the room was all torn up and a safety hazard. The manager wanted to charge me a $20 fee to change rooms; after arguing with her she waived the fee. The pet fee went up from $10 to $20. There was no longer breakfast in the morning. The staff was rude. There was no complimentary coffee or Kleenex in the room. When we checked out they charged us the hotel room rate, not the room rate.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the pool was clean, the location was convenient, and dogs were allowed.
