“Bed experience”

The bed staff showed no responsibility at all.

They added an extra fee for a late checkout, issued an invoice, and then pocketed the money; I asked for the late checkout but they denied it.

“I had booked rooms for 2 nights which included breakfast, but when I checked in at the hotel the hotel management said t”

I found nothing positive about the property, and the staff behaved rudely, which made the stay unpleasant.

“Dependable hotel”

I stayed here six years ago when it was brand new and it was one of the few well‑maintained hotels in Ajmer; it still holds up impressively, very clean, and even in winter the hot water never ran out. Pritam Singh at reception was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly—I'll keep coming back whenever I can. The only downside was that everything was already fine; I just wished there were more hang‑up spots.

The hotel was basic but acceptable, yet the staff didn’t speak English and seemed to overcharge for requested services, resulting in a poor experience for us.
