They were very attentive, but there was no food available in the evenings or at night.
“Bien para pasar una noche”
I liked that there was a pool, but we stayed on the third floor and there was no elevator, so the place really needs a renovation. Still, everything we needed was there and the room was clean.

The place was clean, the staff welcoming (Spanish only), but I was unlucky because of ongoing work that made an afternoon nap impossible; the air‑conditioning was a bit old and noisy, mosquitoes attacked, and there was no water bottle in the room upon arrival.
I appreciated that everything worked well, the receptionists were helpful, the cleaning staff was meticulous, and the dining area and the warm pool water were great; the only downside was that the kids’ menu seemed a bit limited.
