“It’s was a very nice stay.”
Clean and accommodating, but parking was an issue.
“Excellent stay and it will be our hotel of choice in Flagstaff from now on.”
The rooms were great, super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, though the eggs were too salty. Plenty of parking and the staff were very helpful. The air conditioner in our room was super noisy, but I let them know. Wi‑Fi was great as well. An ice machine on the 2nd floor would have been nice.

The location was good. The light in the room wouldn’t turn off because the switch was stuck on. The AC filters were dirty, with a build‑up of dirt and dust hanging from the filter when I pulled it out. Shoes were stuck to the carpet, so the carpet needs cleaning.
The room was clean and close to the freeway.
“Incompetent staff”
The location was very convenient. The front desk assigned someone else to our room after we had been in it for a while. The gentleman at the front desk knocked on the door and demanded we come out and talk to him while we were already in bed. Mistakes happen, but the way the staff member handled it was highly inappropriate.
