Nothing. Essential small amenities were missing from the bathroom. The breakfast selection didn't meet 5‑star standards. There is no shop in the hotel selling items tourists might need. The room balconies are in terrible condition. The hotel's overall standard is more in line with a 4‑star property. Prices are very high.

I paid 2700 for the night, the room was not up to standard, not to mention the dust, the shower water pressure was weak, and overall it was outdated; besides it was pleasant, but definitely not worth the price.

Propreté , espace. Nous avons dîné dans une salle pour le shabbat et c’était frigorifique donc très désagréable De plus la qualité du repas était médiocre . Nous avions passé des séjours dans d’autres hôtels à Tel Aviv et Jérusalem et c’était incomparable . De plus dans notre chambre nous n’avions pas eu des bouteilles d eau lors de notre arrivée ni fruits ni chocolat alors que nos amis dans le même hôtel au même moment en ont eu dans leur chambre
