I was pleased that the hotel was close to the fairgrounds, but the TV stopped working and a maintenance person spent more than 45 minutes in our room trying to fix it. In the shower I found a used soap left on the top of the shower walls, so clearly the shower hadn't been cleaned.

There are restaurants, a drugstore and a home‑center within walking distance, which makes the suburb surprisingly convenient (though you shouldn’t wander after dark). The room was clean, but the shower had low pressure and a fixed‑head that was awkward to use (typical of American motels). At 45 m² as listed, the room felt a bit cramped.

it was comfortable, safe, friendly, and good value. some staining on the curtains and mattress were present. there was black patches present on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the edges of the shower tile. the provided body wash/shampoo/conditioner bottles were not very big so we had to ask for a second set for a 2 day stay
