“Worst experience in Pune. Very very untidy. Bakwaas”

There were cockroaches on the bed and all over the floor; it’s not even worth ₹250/- per night. A very, very bad experience – you should inspect the place before booking.

“Extremely Disappointing And Horrible Experience”

Horrible experience. I recently stayed at Hotel Rajdhani and had a genuinely horrible experience. Sharing my detailed feedback below: Property Cleanliness: The property overall was very dirty and poorly maintained. Staff Behaviour: The staff behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unjustified Extra Charges: I had informed the reception in advance that I would check in around 10 am, but arrived 2 hours prior to the standard check-in time. Also told at reception,we were going to check out at 6pm as we were departing for airports .Despite this, they charged me 35% extra ,just for 2 hours extra.When questioned, the reception staff rudely stated that since the booking was made online, extra charges apply — and that "otherwise it would have been cheap." This felt like an arbitrary excuse to overcharge. No Basic Amenities Despite Paying ₹1,800: No complimentary water bottle provided No soap in the bathroom The hand wash bottle,body wash bottle and shampoo bottle were filled with plain water instead of actual hand wash Bathroom bucket and mug were dirty and stained Room Condition: The entire room was unhygienic and dirty. Pillows: The pillows were extremely dirty and unfit for use. No Power Backup: When the electricity went out, there was no generator backup. We waited nearly 2 hours in the dark before deciding we couldn't continue our stay. We ultimately checked out within 5 hours of arrival. Overall Atmosphere: The room had a very negative, uncomfortable vibe throughout our stay. Recommendation to Other Travellers: Based on this experience, I would strongly advise fellow travellers to avoid Hotel Rajdhani — I would not recommend booking a room here even if offered for free. This was truly a horrible experience

The location is convenient, close to the railway station. However, the service could improve: the telephone was not working, and water and breakfast were not available.
