I was scammed out of my money; I had already booked and paid in full. When I arrived, I had to call for a password to get the key, but no one answered the call or responded to my message. When I asked for a refund, they refused and replied rudely. Don’t stay at this hotel – you’ll regret it later.

Maybe the price reasonable for 4days. Not comfortable, staff not greating play phone,toilet bowl dirty, bedsheets lot of yellow spots, asking to change room no response customer service 👎

The hotel's location is great, it's close to all the main attractions and there's even a Western restaurant right next door. Unfortunately, the room was infested with ants, and I ended up bringing them back to my luggage, clothes, and even the bed. It was a really uncomfortable stay.

The staff is friendly and easy to deal with, but the room wasn't ready on time, and I had to wait almost an hour to check in.
