I had a nightmare stay at Hotel Remin Plaza. The central air‑conditioning system stayed broken the whole time, blowing cold air at unbearable temperatures while the room thermostat stuck at 27 °C, showing a polar chill. Despite repeated daily reports, no technical help came. The on‑site staff couldn’t even show us how to use the electric blinds, so we slept the first night with the outside light on and no privacy. The management’s handling was embarrassing: night calls to reception to turn off the remote air flow went unanswered, forcing us to call the hotel’s phone and wake up at 3:00 am for a heat spike. This constant temperature swing and lack of rest caused documented physical discomfort for me and my travel companion (severe cough, lowered voice, intestinal issues). At check‑out, the management minimized the incident, denied evidence, and never inspected the room. Even after later admitting the problem in writing via email, they refused to refund the unused service, forcing Booking assistance to intervene for an external compensation. The place is utterly unreliable, with nonexistent fault management and zero customer care. Strongly not recommended.

The location is enviable right on the beach, and the room was clean with a generous, good‑quality breakfast. The room was tiny, and the bathroom was just as small; for example, the bidet was unusable because it was too close to the wall.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent, very close to the sea. Breakfast was wonderful, and I especially want to thank Arman for his warm welcome, hospitality, and excellent treatment—he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout and truly deserves special recognition. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience! The only downside was that there weren’t enough bottles of water in the room; it would be better to have more, especially for longer stays.
