Clean and new. It’s 180 cm, but the legs hit the walls and it feels cramped.

It’s close to Hakata Station and you can stay cheaply. Breakfast costs 800 yen, but among non‑convenience‑store options it’s the best value. The breakfast is all‑you‑can‑eat, but the freshly‑baked bread and the so‑called “freshly‑baked frozen bread” could be better.

Because I had to catch an early Shinkansen, I booked this hotel on a whim and felt lucky to snag two nights. Walking from Hakata Station takes just ten minutes, and the area is super convenient for meals. I even found my favorite Book Off (though the one in Tenjin is better, haha). The self‑check‑in is semi‑self‑service, but staff are nearby to help and are very friendly and gentle. Supplies like pajamas and toiletries are self‑served, which is very handy. I was also impressed by the smart lighting control in the room. The downside is that the single room is tight; a 24‑inch suitcase is the limit.

Near Hakata Station. The check‑in process was a hassle.

Good price and location. The building is under renovation.
