The pool, room size, and the possibility to use the shared kitchen are better than the current photos. Ongoing works will make it even newer, but it’s already very good. Cerignola is a bit far but a nice stop.
The location in the Cerignola countryside is gorgeous. Mrs. Dora was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. I’ll definitely return for short stays in the area or a private party.

The rooms were very spacious, all the comforts were available, even a kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave. The breakfast was a bit limited and bland.

The place was in bad shape, rooms were tiny and cleaning was minimal… we had no hot water, breakfast was a DIY affair in a kitchen only for rooms, and the morning you’d find a basket with a few frozen croissants outside the door. Cleaning or rearranging rooms in two days was never done, the coffee pods weren’t refilled the next morning, and you had to wash your own cups and glasses. At the end nobody came to ask how it went or apologize for the hot‑water issue. This isn’t a 100€ B&B service.
