Excellent location with stunning views, outstanding service and full availability, rooms of high quality, very clean with all necessary amenities, and I felt safe and comfortable; there are shops and restaurants nearby. The only issue was brief internet outages due to the weather and high altitude, and one should be careful with monkeys and not leave food unattended.

The hilltop location gives an amazing view, but the hotel entrance is very difficult to navigate, making it unsafe to wander around the property.

This resort in Vattakanal is among the most beautiful, with a clean, spacious room and impressive interiors; the view from the room is magnificent. Thanks to the F&B staff for making our anniversary memorable with elegant table décor and delicious breakfast and dinner. The overall experience was relaxing, and Mr. Peer deserves thanks for arranging sightseeing. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, and I would definitely book again.
