“Goed te doen”
I was on a road trip to Austria and this place was a solid stopover, right off the highway. The pillow, however, was too thin for my liking.

The place was not clean.

The location was convenient, but the communication was poor: no personal contact with staff, only AI on the phone, WhatsApp, and short reception hours. The double room had five armchairs and three beds, more like a storage closet. There was no trash bin in the bathroom or room. The TV was fixed to the wall with no power outlet. The accessible bathroom only had cold water at the sink. This room felt like a prank. I only learned about the late check‑in after multiple inquiries, and even that information was incorrect. A friendly staff member tried to help, but I still faced a locked hotel door. At that price, this was unacceptable. I couldn’t file a complaint because no employee was available in that ghost hotel.

The price was great, there was parking, and it’s good for drivers; the rooms were fairly new. The lighting was dim. There was no air conditioning, so it was hot in summer, and if you open the window the noise from the nearby industrial area and the constant traffic around the McDonald’s was loud.

The rooms were nice and clean, but if you have a problem you can’t talk to anyone because there is no staff after 4 pm. I left my room keys inside by mistake, and with no one around I had to sleep in my car until 7 am when a receptionist finally opened the room for me.
