“A relaxing stay in a quiet bike friendly area.”
The area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for biking safely on both the Croatian and Slovenian sides. The hosts were warm and friendly, and we enjoyed the early‑morning breakfast they served. The rooms are large with comfortable beds, and the suite had everything we needed, all functioning well. A bonus was the clean, relatively warm Kupa River even in early September, close to its source. I have no real complaints, just a few observations: the suite with river view was fine in hot weather, but I wouldn’t recommend it during colder, wet periods. A bike rack inside the yard that could hold 5–10 bikes would be useful.
