The welcome is impeccable, the place is calm and serene with a pleasant terrace and a very beautiful view. The mattress is uncomfortable and the kitchen lacks utensils.

A large, quiet apartment with bottled water in the fridge and coffee capsules. Although the booking states there’s only a fridge and a coffee machine, it would have been nice to have a kettle for tea, two plates, two forks, and two knives to eat cold supermarket food. As a result, the value for money is poor because at this price you can find a nice hotel room in town.

“struttura immersa nel verde”

The owners are cordial and give plenty of advice; the property is brand‑new, surrounded by greenery and silence, very well maintained; the terrace is lovely; cleanliness is excellent. In the bedroom, too much light comes in at sunrise; the water, though controlled, isn’t potable, so you need to bring water bottles for cooking (you can manage a few days, but it’s better to know beforehand).

“Immersi nella campagna e la calma,in una struttura fantastica”

The property is truly beautiful, well‑kept, and very clean; the services described are excellent and functional, like the air conditioning and bathroom. The best part is the fantastic balcony that surrounds the house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet countryside spot yet close to the sea. The only flaw is that there’s no microwave—perhaps for reheating take‑away food, but the listing clearly says it’s not available, so it doesn’t detract from the lovely stay.
