The facilities are stunning, and the Samphire Club plus other perks make you feel special. The only downside was having to leave early.

I stayed on the lowest floor and it was extremely noisy all night, even though they advertised sound‑proofing.

The location is amazing, very accessible, feels safe, the staff are responsive, the facilities are great, and the 24/7 reception is solid. A third‑party luggage transport misplaced our bags, but the staff were very helpful in tracking them. It’s also just a short walk from the wharf. The only gripe: the pool only opens when the sun is up.

The spot is spot on and the exclusive perks are solid, but the pool bar shut down earlier than expected.

I was told the room would have sea views, yet I ended up in a street‑view room with disabled facilities at the back of the complex—no view at all. The only hiccup was the $50 nightly fee to swap to a pool‑view room, which still didn’t meet my expectations, so I left disappointed.
