The hotel was a good place to stay with nice beds and a very quiet atmosphere, a good breakfast, and a great Italian restaurant across the street, but there was no one at the front desk for check‑in (I used a code from the confirmation email) and no one at check‑out either; during breakfast I saw one staff member for only 10 seconds, making it feel very impersonal, and there were loose dust specks under the bedroom chair.
