The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable, but my son got electrocuted by a plug socket in the room and suffered a lot of pain; it was hard to get the staff to understand how serious it was.

Nice food and a great location next to the beach, with friendly staff, but the bathroom needs a lot of improvement—there were many stains and it wasn’t cleaned well.

Everything was bad: the rooms were filthy, none of the air conditioning worked, and the staff were neither professional nor friendly. We checked in around 4 pm, but the rooms weren’t ready; the lady was complaining about her lunch, which she couldn’t have yet because it was busy, yet there were no other customers around. Bird poop was everywhere, even inside the pool, making the place very disgusting.
