“Buena relación calidad precio”

The location is practical, just a bus stop away and about 15 minutes from the ferry port. The common areas are spacious, with a large fridge and tables that seat 6 or 8 people, and the bathroom is also roomy. Check‑in instructions are clear and simple. Cleaning was consistently good, but I had to share the apartment with a very pleasant and tidy student, so that part depends on who you get. Having a washer and dryer plus a clothes‑drying area is very handy. The room itself feels quite small and disproportionate to the rest of the apartment, with no shelves for storage—just a wardrobe that only holds clothes on hangers, which makes the space feel even tighter. The walls are made of a plastic coating that feels damp, even though there’s a window for ventilation. The frosted glass door lets light from the hallway in, which can be annoying. I also think an electric kettle and a blender would be useful, since the large kitchen practically has no appliances. The area is lovely, but for short tourist stays it isn’t the most practical; for a week‑long stay like mine, the slightly longer commute is less of a bother.

Удобное расположение апартаментов, тихо вокруг и есть магазинчики рядом, сами апартаменты уютные, на кухне было все необходимое, в комнате тоже. Уборщица вежливая и спокойная. 1. Упрямый администратор, с кем была переписка. Изначально он мне отправил сообщение на booking (помимо всех прочих инструкций) про wi-fi, что я найду информацию о нем в комнате. Информации в комнате не было, написала об этом на букинг, но там не ответили, нашла номер администратора, написала в вацап. И вместо того, чтобы отправить мне информацию, он начал доказывать, что все отправлял. я написала, что у меня мало интернета, просила отправить сообщение с назва нием и паролем от wifi, но он не сдавался, стоял на своём.я уже и фото переписки отправила, просила его перечитать его сообщение, но нет. он упорно мне пересылал тоже самое сообщение с инструкцией, где должна была быть информация, но никакой информации о wifi не было. поупрямившись, он выслал отдельное сообщение в вацап, где наконец-то была информация о wifi. Пытался выставить меня идиоткой, потратил мои нервы, испортил настроение. клиентоориентированости - ноль; 2. Полотенца были немного влажные; 3. Очень шумный наружный блок кондиционера, уснуть было сложно даже в берушах, итог - почти не спала; 4. В местах общего пользования (коридоре, в ванной, и кухне-зале) было холодно даже при включенном там кондиционере. Окна при этом все закрыла

“A good option if you plan for a few days in the city”

The apartment sits on a quiet lane with almost no traffic, so there’s no noise at all. It has only two rooms, so you share space with just one other person. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and organized, and the common area is overall tidy. The washer and dryer are free to use, and the hot shower and Wi‑Fi are good. Grocery stores are just around the corner, and the check‑in instructions are easy and clear. The floor in the room wasn’t mopped thoroughly and hairs were visible, though the common area is quite clean. The bedding has a damp feeling. The washer and dryer, which should be used between 9 am and 9 pm, are right next to the bedroom, so they can be loud when running; if you want to sleep in, someone might start it at 9 am. Communication through the app is slow; WhatsApp is much faster.

“Dirty and "cheap"”

The kitchen and terrace are large, and the location is good. It was dirty; a dying cockroach was on the floor when we arrived. The building is old and gives a bad impression. The apartment entrance has a broken window at the top, which doesn’t feel safe, and the door is hard to open at times. On the second day workers were in the apartment, which I don’t think is appropriate for hosting guests while charging money. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, no shower gel, and the bath mat looked like it had never been washed. Sitting outside on the terrace was impossible because the chair and table were super dirty. The room is tiny, more like a storage room with a bed and closet. I don’t understand how it can have so many good ratings.
