I loved the amenities and how close we were to the beach! The unit felt cozy, and the sunset was beautiful even on cloudy nights. Customer service was fantastic, and having laundry facilities on site was a bonus. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like, though I’d suggest a portable AC or cooling sheets as a personal preference.

I appreciated having beach access right across the street. However, the main beach is about a mile away, and restaurants and bars are roughly a mile and a half away, so you need to be mindful of walking back and forth.

Terrible. The unit has people above us and every footstep sounds like stomping. The bed is a Murphy bed—sleeping on a pull‑out feels uncomfortable. There’s almost nothing to cook with, and beach access is a joke. I couldn’t reach Yvette, and there are no beach people. Finally, I had to call to get it, and the check‑out was at 10 am—ridiculous.

The location was great—30 minutes to Venice, 30 minutes to Gasparilla Island, and right on the key for restaurants and beaches. The studio apartment was very user‑friendly, with pots, pans, silverware, and all the kitchen essentials. Parking was a bit confusing but not terrible, which is expected in such a beachy, quaint area.
