How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was great: we attended a friends’ wedding and overall everything went very well. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly and attentive. The only issue was a small inconvenience upon arrival—no one was at the entrance, so we went into the restaurant where a waiter guided us. The hotel reception also had no one, so we had to wait a bit and call ourselves. After that, we were given a key and directions. Despite that, we were satisfied with our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly, but I was disappointed that the spa only operated by prior reservation. We had hoped to unwind after the drive, yet we weren't prepared to pay 8000 UAH in just two hours—probably I missed that detail somewhere.

The room was very cozy and the view was enchanting, but there was no smart TV; I think a room priced at $250 should include one.
