I found the hotel lovely, everything was in order and the location was great relative to the city centre. However, the Saturday‑Sunday overnight rate turned out to be quite expensive for the price‑quality ratio, especially since the room was fine but offered no luxury.

“Ankommen und sich willkommen fühlen.”

The reception doubled as a display for pretty snacks that were freshly made there, and the staff were very attentive and cool. The building isn’t over‑the‑top or luxurious; it has an honest charm that I value more than a glossy look, and the à la carte breakfast was amazing. In peak summer, the attic room could get too hot; there were fans and air conditioning, but they were too loud for me.
