“Comfortable, friendly staff, good for a business trip”

Unfortunately, the hotel's buffet was a bit of a disappointment. The food wasn't kept warm enough, and the staff seemed to take a while to replenish the dishes. I was looking forward to a decent meal, but it just didn't live up to my expectations.

“Never go back again”

The hotel's location was great, but the check-in process was a real letdown. I showed up at 5:30 PM, expecting to get my room key, but they didn't have it ready. It took them a while to sort it out, and I was left waiting for ages. The room itself was fine, but the hassle at the start of my stay was frustrating.
