“Limpio, céntrico y tranquilo”
The location, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness were all great. The pillows were not comfortable.

The location is good, it’s central, you just have to walk a little but it’s worth it. The windows should have screens so you can leave them open and let the air circulate without the room getting damp because of the type of room it is.

The cleaning and the attention from Mr. Pablo at the reception area and restaurant were excellent.

The room assigned didn’t have hot water, so they moved us to a different room on the second night 🙃

Guanajuato is a city you can come back to whenever you want and always feel at home, as if it were your own city. A few things might not please me; being demanding, I also find that in the places you visit, like museums, besides charging decent entrance fees, the guides say they live off tips. They portray themselves as victims and the tourist falls into their game and spends extra, adding to the planned budget. Not everyone falls into the little trick.
