There were no cutlery or plates available; every time we asked for plates we were told they weren’t available and had to pay extra. Nothing else about the hotel was good.

The TV worked, but there was no cleaning service.

The room was awful: it wasn’t properly cleaned, there was no phone so I had to go to reception to call someone, the whole place was a smoking facility so smoke was everywhere, no assistance with bags—everyone had to handle them alone, there was no lock, and the bedsheet, pillows, and blankets were all dirty with stains. Maybe pay a bit more for a better hotel.

I found the price to be budget friendly, and there were no negatives to mention.

The value for money was horrible, and everything else was terrible.
