I liked the central spot near the port and the station, with Via Fiume nearby full of shops and restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately, the breakfast at the bar you recommended was sometimes good and sometimes not; croissants ran out often and the waiters were not very friendly, very hurried even with few guests. The air‑conditioner keeps leaking and puddles on the floor; when we returned in the evening the room was cool but then it started dripping and we had to turn it off. Luckily, at night with the windows open we could still sleep reasonably well.
