The staff and property were excellent, and the spa and bar areas offered lovely valley and town views. The shuttle was convenient for trips to town and back, but it only ran until 6 pm. Our room location was disappointing: we were in a junior suite, room 104, which felt like a splurge for a five‑night stay. The room itself was nice and spacious, but the outlook from the patio was terrible—there was a steep slope right off the patio and zero view, while gorgeous scenery lay on the other side of the hotel. We were initially seated for meals in a small room across from the hall of the main dining room, which felt like the kids’ table at Christmas dinner. After a bit of fuss, we were moved to a table in the main dining area with a lovely view.

The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast and dinner were good. However, there was no view and the rooms felt lifeless. The room needs to be refurbished to become cozier and warmer.

The hotel is super luxurious, positioned advantageously with a beautiful city view. Despite the distance, a shuttle runs to and from Ortisei. All staff are very attentive and polite. The breakfast is exceptional, and I recommend grabbing dinner there as well. The meals are delicious and generous. The amenity area is superb. I suggest trying the yoga and Finnish sauna. Everything is perfect!
