Everything was fine, especially the cleanliness, security, and location. Perhaps the shared bathrooms could be improved.

I loved everything about the place, nothing could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel; the room was spotless and well kept, and the receptionist was truly wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for the excellent welcome and high quality service; I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing to add.

The location is great, right in the middle of the Medina, with excellent Wi‑Fi and friendly staff. However, the reality fell short of the pictures: the bed was cramped in a tiny room with one side against the wall, and the supposedly cozy, authentically Moroccan corner shown with a wide‑angle lens turned out to be just a small nook with a few chairs.
