“AGRADABLE”
I booked a single room from 22 to 25 August, and the private room was very comfortable; then I stayed again from 29 to 30 August sharing the room with a companion. I wish the breakfast had been included in the room rate.

The location is excellent, in a very quiet area with everything within reach. The place is great.

The lighting is generally poor throughout the hotel.

The hotel sits in the historic center of Guadalajara, and the staff in the rooms and restaurant are top‑rated. I recommend better training for the reception team, as some staff display a dismissive attitude that isn’t common among the rest of the hotel personnel.

The staff and location were excellent, and the front desk and valet service were outstanding. The pool was not ready for guests—no towels and chlorine was sprinkled on the bottom. It felt like an off‑season vibe. We left our room at 7:30 am with a “please clean” sign on the door, but when we returned at 1:45 pm it still wasn’t cleaned. We were offered service then, but we declined.
