The room was absolutely not clean, the bathroom was filthy, the mirror was rusty, the wall was dirty… The toilet had no seat cover. I couldn’t get the AC remote because they said it wasn’t summer yet.

The air‑con worked well and was in a good spot, and the bed was comfortable. Everything else was fine.
