“Fun stay.”
The location was excellent and I loved having two bedrooms; there were no complaints.

The waterfall was a highlight, but the staff were rude and I was charged a damage fee twice, receiving a refund only once. I was told the room had a river‑front view, yet it was tiny, had no TV, and the hot tubs were non‑functional. They mentioned ice and soda but never showed them, and the washers were somewhere on the property but never indicated where. Service was very poor.

The location was ideal and the pool was well equipped, but the décor and furnishings felt a bit outdated.

Everything was well planned and convenient, especially the trolley bus that stops right next to the parking lot. I’ve stayed here before with my cousin, a WorldMark timeshare owner, and the property is always clean with friendly, helpful staff. The only issue was that the studio’s couch was too small; the loveseat was so tiny you couldn’t really lie down or rest on it.

This was our 2nd time of staying at this property. It is in a great location, clean & friendly staff. The first time we stayed in a studio unit, this time a 2 bedroom. For a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 it would have been nice to have a full size fridge instead of a mini one. Other than that, I have zero complaints. I would stay here again
