Everything was fine. The place is close to the Camino trail, and at the bottom there’s a restaurant with a pilgrim menu.

The location was perfect, right along the Camino, and the check‑in staff were friendly. However, the hotel had a clear lack of communication with guests. We found bedbugs at midnight, sent a message through Booking, and by 1:15 am we had left, sending another message. The hotel didn’t respond until three days later, saying “perfecto,” with no mention of the bedbugs or the fact that we were left without accommodation that night. I contacted Booking Support and eventually received a refund, but the hotel never offered an apology or explained that they were addressing the bedbugs.
