The room was lovely, clean, and super comfortable, and the spot was fantastic. The breakfast tray was a sweet bonus, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Lovely comfortable room which has obviously been refurbished. The one member of staff I saw was friendly and helpful. The threats of charges if you don't follow their rules. I arrived by bicycle 30 minutes early and waited in the lobby on a rainy day because it was likely I would be charged £25 for going in before time. £10 for removing the water bottle which I had no intention of doing. I get that people take liberties but it's not a good look. No possibility of getting drinking water from a tap. This was a problem for me because I couldn't replenish my bicycle water bottle

Breakfast was perfectly adequate, the bed was better than expected, and the room’s décor was delightful.

The place was clean, but the bathroom could have used an extractor fan—though that’s a minor issue.

The breakfast trays were a pleasant surprise and really useful; the room was bright and stylishly decorated. The staff helped us move our luggage while we were walking the Wales Coastal Trail. All in all, everything was great.
