The pool and common areas are fantastic—well maintained and comfortable. The real highlight was the staff who were on duty day and night, one morning they woke up at 6 am to prepare breakfast for us because we had an excursion; the breakfast was amazing, and another day they served an incredible chicken tajín. I did expect the rooms to be different; perhaps they were a bit old and in poor condition, which gave a sense of limited cleanliness.

The staff were very kind and helpful; we were welcomed warmly. The riad was quiet and beautiful, and its location in the medina lets you stroll the streets of Marrakech without the crowds. It’s a 25‑minute walk to the main square and a 5‑minute taxi ride.

The quiet inside the riad, the spacious bedroom, and the pool were positives. Finding the riad was a bit tricky; upon arrival we had no idea where to go because there was no sign or directions. We also couldn’t get drinks at the pool because the bartender was absent, which would have been nice. Additionally, the room cleaning was problematic: my girlfriend’s skincare product was left in the room three times, each time the bottle was open and serum had been taken out (we have evidence). We also found black hair in her toiletry bag (both of us are blond). We are very dissatisfied and especially shocked about this.

The staff at the riad were fantastic—hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The room was cleaned really well both on arrival and throughout our stay, showing that the team genuinely cared about us having a good experience, which made a real difference to our trip. The only issue was one of the night staff, Abdullah, who was overly familiar and made inappropriate comments about myself and my female friend, then later showed up at odd hours (5am) at her door without real reason, making us feel uncomfortable at points during an otherwise great stay.
