“I was well fed. I was well looked after I had a cracking day out at the Tywyn railway station”
I enjoyed my stay in a lovely, well‑kept, spacious room that was perfect for me alone; the fantastic security and information made me feel safe and welcome, and I’ll definitely rebook for a second visit. I walked down to the beach, spent a bit of time enjoying the sea views, and bumped into locals who were welcoming and happy to chat and tell stories. I didn’t dislike anything, only felt sad about the state of some town buildings, including the very large hotel at the end, which is unfortunately in serious disrepair/collapse. Everywhere I visited felt warm and welcoming, with people greeting me with good morning, good evening, and asking how I was and where I was from.
