When I arrived, the place was spotless. The shower and toilet facilities were separated by gender, with four of each for women. The shower cubicles varied—some had a hand shower, others did not. Curtains ensured full privacy. The staff were a bit slow, but once you were in, everything was comfortable. However, the staff seemed very laid‑back. I arrived at the check‑in time and was the first guest of the day, yet I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes. During that time I was left completely unattended while the staff were already chatting with other guests over drinks. That was far from good service.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast tasty, and the lobby/working area pleasant. The location was excellent for getting around. On the downside, the showers and especially the toilets were sometimes dirty. The rooms were somewhat cramped and the ventilation was only mediocre.

This hostel was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was cozy, clean, and beautiful. I liked it. Thanks for the hospitality! We’ll come back.

“For this price not sufficient”

I liked the location. It is very close to the main square. For this price, I expected better service. Breakfast was not good and you have to pay a lot of money for laundry
