How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“déçus”

We were shocked that the second room offered had no window, no ventilation, and was less than 10 m²—illegal for a bedroom in Switzerland. We never saw this issue on the website or in the booking details. Swiss laws apply to everyone; how does such a property slip through the cracks? We are very upset by this situation.

The staff were helpful, but the pool was very cold and the deposit of about 1,000 € felt like a joke and completely unusual.

“Our stay was very nice and completely recommend it. The spa was a highlight of our stay.”

The place was spotless, brand‑new, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The building was still under construction and most of it was empty, which was a bit of a drawback.

“Parenthèse enchantée avec une météo ensoleillée”

The spot above the village of Grimentz, surrounded by forest and offering a drop‑down view, was fantastic! The resort is new and still under construction, but that didn’t really bother me. The staff were very attentive—well done! The only gripe was the pillows!!!

“Enttäuschung”

Sehr moderne Anlage, schön an einem Berghang gelegen, umfangreiche Ausstattung des Appartements. 1.(nicht hoteleigene) Baustelle mit Lärm ab 6:30 direkt vor dem Appartement. Angeblich sei der Preis deswegen reduziert gewesen, war aber im Buchungsprozess nirgendwo erkennbar! Bei Beschwerde erst keine Reaktion, bei Nachfrage unverschämte Reaktion (wenn Sie in Paris ein Hotel buchen, kann es auch laut sein.) 2."Ruhebereich" der Sauna befindet sich im Durchgang von Umkleide zum Innenpool 3.Sauna dunkel, keinerlei Aussicht
