The owners are incredibly friendly, and the night guard is a very good gentleman who was always standing even when I arrived late. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, though they could add more variety; it’s already enough. The hotel sits right by the sea, and you can walk to many well‑known beaches. The main bars and main streets are close by. The lady who cleans the room was very sweet. Everything was perfect. Thanks. If I return to Ksamil, this will be the only place I’ll stay.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located, with the beaches just across the road. This was the only hotel on our trip around Albania that we booked well in advance for two consecutive nights, specifically choosing a Deluxe room with a sea view. After a challenging mountain hike and several intensive days, we simply wanted to relax without having to move again. Instead, we were relocated for the first night to a nearby 3‑star hotel. The hotel tried to contact us the day before, but instead of using messaging, they sent a WhatsApp message to the wrong phone number, so we never received it. Things can go wrong — we are all human, and we were absolutely prepared to be understanding. However, what defines good service is how a difficult situation is handled, and unfortunately, this is where the hotel fell short. There was no real apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience, and even the small price reduction was only provided after we requested it ourselves. Ironically, the 3‑star hotel made us feel much more welcome and apologised, despite not being responsible for the situation. The breakfast was also quite limited for a 4‑star hotel. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of an otherwise wonderful trip around Albania.

The place is smack in the middle of everything, so getting around is a breeze. The only hiccup was the parking – there were barely enough spots for everyone, so I had to circle a few times before finding one.
