The friendliness and hospitality of Mr. Smith were present at all times; everything was as shown in the photos, very clean, tidy, and the location is great. The breakfast was excellent. I loved everything.

The cabin is generally very cozy, has everything for a relaxing break from routine, the staff’s friendliness is 100/10, and the nature connection is wonderful. It’s a perfect place to rest. Everything was very pleasant.

The staff respected our privacy and were very punctual with breakfast when we asked what time it was. The little door on the cabin was hard to close and opened on its own one night; the latch needs improvement.

It was an amazing experience. Smith and Julián were incredible hosts, very attentive to make our stay outstanding, and answered our requests quickly. A special shout‑out to the town of Sutatausa, which is welcoming and rich in history. We had a great time overall; the only suggestion would be to improve the Wi‑Fi in cabin 3, though it didn’t affect the experience.
