The rooms were nice with balconies and the spot was right near the station, so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff seemed a bit rushed, and there were no air conditioners, making the room stuffy, but a fan was supplied.

The room was stunningly beautiful and modern, and the entire garden area and pool offered an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The food was incredibly tasty, and every staff member was extremely kind and polite. We absolutely loved staying here.
