The staff were attentive. The microwave didn’t work; I asked for it to be fixed but nothing happened. Also, my room lacked a pot and a cup, so the mini‑kitchen was useless, and no bath towel was provided.

Check‑in was easy and the place sits close to Port del Fórum with basic services. One bed was unmade, and we found empty gel bottles in the shower that we had to throw away.
