The rooms were extremely noisy from the highway and the street right in front of the hotel; I moved to the other side of the building, but on the top floor the air conditioning produced constant noise. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality.

The front desk staff were fantastic, and the restaurant was also great, though I found the menu a bit pricey, so I rarely ordered à la carte; breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate, but the food‑and‑drink prices were high, there’s no stairwell to use when the lifts are full, the emergency exit was locked and the door was cordoned off, and housekeeping was sloppy, leaving dirty glasses and plates in the room for two days until I finally removed them.
