The facilities feel modern and very comfortable, always spotless, and the whole staff was friendly and warm, attending to every request with care. The parking area is quite small and the location is close to an event venue, so there was noise every night.

The location is peaceful with views of Huascarán. The breakfast is fantastic and varied every day. The manager and staff show great kindness and attentiveness. I liked everything.

The staff were courteous, the rooms clean, and the breakfast on the top‑floor terrace offered an impressive view of the snow‑capped mountains, while the bar served good cocktails at night. It’s a bit far from the center—15 minutes on foot—but it’s just a half‑block from a major avenue that leads to the plaza, and fast public transport is available.

The owners were very helpful and always asked if there was anything else they could do for us. A nearby amusement park was loud until about 2 am; otherwise, it was quite pleasant.
