“Great Value & Location”
Overall, a great value for the price; the rooms and corridors are a bit tired because it’s an old building, but the bathroom and beds were spotless.

The Beach Hotel, a Grade II‑listed building from the 1820s, sits in central Brighton just 100 m from the sea. Its traditional rooms feature TVs, free tea/coffee, and many offer sea‑front or West Pier views, with private bathrooms and hairdryers. Guests enjoy The Regency’s historic seafood terrace, nearby bars, the Pier, i360, and Brighton Centre within minutes.

The place sits in a great spot and the room was spotlessly clean; I also appreciated the old‑fashioned lift—it was a quirky touch that added character.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was a solid choice.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location was spot on, right opposite the i360; breakfast was tasty and generous, though the hotel feels a bit dated overall. Shower curtains didn’t reach the bath, leaving the floor soaking after a shower, but that’s an easy fix.
