Overall the house is spacious, has everything needed and is in a good spot for visiting the center, close to the metro. Unfortunately we found the house dirty, the floor full of dust. The mattresses were not protected by a mattress protector and the sheets and towels were full of stains. Also the liquid soap container was empty, not really a welcome message for guests.

It’s well located. I found the apartment full of dust and fur, I think the cleaning was done more than 15 days ago and I asked for cleaning and their housekeeper came on the second day. My little boy wet the sheets and I didn’t even have time to inform the manager, a woman followed us to the metro station to threaten us with paying €450 for a wet sheet and threatened to call the police while also preventing us from entering the metro and asking us to follow the authorities. They asked me to pay the city tourism tax, I left the money required but she denied it. At first I thought it was the housekeeper but I think it’s the owner. It’s very shocking in front of my children how she talks to us. I’ve been traveling for years booking with booking, I’ve never had this type of situation. And until now she threatens me with legal action.

Beautiful design, comfortable, two air conditioners which was a lifesaver in such heat, instant responsiveness from the host, everything was just super!

The house overall feels pretty cute, well laid out and in a good spot, but the building feels a bit neglected and the cleaning is just adequate. There were minor issues with the toilet and sink that need fixing, yet I still recommend it.

The location is super close to the beach and the subway, but we ran into a shower problem: no hot water for three days, so we had to wash with cold water. The staff tried to give us advice that didn't help, and we eventually gave up and washed with cold water. The cleaning was not thorough.
