The concept of separate cabins is interesting, the animation is good, there are plenty of activities for children of all ages, the food is excellent and varied, and the bar is also great. Cleaning was disgusting – it could be said it was nonexistent. Some cleaners came, some did not. The room was dirty even at check‑in, and they left other guests’ trash right by our door all day. Even after complaints, they couldn’t clean the spots I pointed out. Dust covered furniture, mirrors, lamps, floors, and there were hairs behind the curtains. The administration didn’t resolve the issue; the cleaning quality stayed the same. Initially the floors were washed with a strong chlorine smell that ruined my clothes, and after the complaint they started using alcohol, which left an even worse odor. The management’s solutions were unclear to me, and I received no apology – just standard phrases like “we understand and will take action.”
