“Decent stay.”
The hotel was average, the room was small, and it was a 15‑minute walk to Scramble Square. The room was small and there were no facilities.

The location was good, but the facilities were mediocre—old‑looking and somewhat damaged.

The location was good, but everything else was terrible; the room smelled like smoke and dampness.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I’m grateful for how they handled our situation. We knew it was an adults‑only hotel when we booked, so that never bothered us. After the first night we decided to move to another hotel because of the noise, yet the hotel still agreed to help us get a refund even though our reservation was normally non‑refundable. A staff member personally reached out on our behalf and spent about 30–60 minutes trying to sort everything out, even offering refreshments while we waited. I truly appreciated their effort, patience and hospitality; they went far beyond what I expected and I’m very thankful. The downside was that our room was on the ground floor, so we heard a lot of noise at night. Late‑night guests were loud in the lobby and around the elevator, and the receptionist asked them to be quiet but they didn’t really listen. Because of the ground‑floor location we could hear most of it and it was hard to sleep. There was also noise from the nightclub right in front of the hotel. I think we would have had a very different experience on a higher floor, so the issue was mainly the location of our particular room rather than the hotel itself.

I used the hotel for business and the front desk lady was friendly and relaxed. The only downside was the steep slope of the location, making it hard to pull a suitcase.
