The hotel was clean, the staff welcoming, and it deserves a 4‑star rating, but extras and bottled water were charged.

Nothing positive to say – this is the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. We checked in in the afternoon and found a cockroach in the room, prompting a change; the staff claimed they’d never seen such a pest. The next room reeked strongly and a woman emerged with a strong‑smelling bomb, so we asked again to move. After another change, a shower revealed dozens of tiny cockroaches at 20:00, and they offered yet another room; the staff entered with an insecticide bomb, then we discovered cockroach droppings inside. Absolutely unacceptable. To top it off, they refused to refund that night (they only refunded the other two) because a refund required us to leave before 16:00. We had to find another hotel at 21:00, they wouldn’t lend a phone to call, didn’t cover the taxi, and offered no compensation. For health reasons, the hygiene was never acceptable; we saw housekeeping staff letting guests in after spraying insecticide in several rooms.
