The place felt very lovely, set in a pretty, cozy and quiet environment with beautiful cabins, but the kitchen lacked equipment and the mattresses need replacing; the double‑bed mattress in one cabin was especially terrible.

The location and peace were unbeatable, and the cabins themselves were nice and welcoming, but the cleanliness was so poor that I had to leave, book a hotel in Concepción, and I received no discount or refund after canceling three days later and departing with my family the next day; I’m leaving this warning so others don’t face the same problem. The cleaning of the two cabins I booked and then canceled was bad.
